Areas where our BDMs provide support
|
Each adviser practice will be provided with a dedicated BDM who will be responsible for the support program from start to finish. The BDM will also ensure that all training requirements are covered to ensure successful and efficient management of the business post-migration.

Project management
|
- Assist with the coordination of all activities within the practice
- Assist with ensuring all requirements of the practice are addressed and the program is completed within agreed time frames

Database analysis
|
- Assist in the extraction and identification of potential migration candidates
- Assist in identifying business and client impacts associated with the migration
- Segment potential clients to assist in ensuring a smooth migration for both the business and clients
- Carry out a client impact and business impact analysis
|
|
Administration
|
- Identify all administrative tasks and clearly outline responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of all paperwork required for a successful migration (Oasis and external parties)
- Track all new business documentation that is generated as a result of the migration to the Oasis platform.

|
Implementation and review
|
- Actively manage the migration process from start to finish
- Ensure that necessary follow up is conducted by the practice
- Provide regular status reporting to the practice to ensure transparency of the program at all times.

|
Training
|
- Deliver comprehensive training on the Oasis platform
- Align training to business processes
- Assist in enhancing internal business process and procedures in order to maximise the efficiency of the Oasis platform
|
|
Transfer of knowledge
|
- Train and transfer knowledge of migration process to the practice
- Provide the practice with the necessary guidelines and tools to implement future migrations internally (if required)
