Senior Business Analyst


This is a senior project based role, responsible for working together with key organisational stakeholders to scope, gather, analyse and validate business requirements in order to drive and communicate change to business processes and systems.

There is also the requirement that this role will provide mentoring and leadership to business analysts and business experts to ensure project objectives are achieved.

The successful applicant will have:
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years working as a business analyst with experience on medium to large complexity projects
  • Experience with information gathering and process modelling techniques, workshop and meeting facilitation
  • Experience in process improvement / re-engineering and implementation of change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate business problems and opportunities in business language
  • Experience in Financial Services business products, processes, systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, in particular scoping, cost/benefit assessments, analysis and testing
  • Excellent interpersonal and business relationship skills, with the ability to work across functional structures and boundaries to build collaboration
  • Understand and articulate impact of change on business processes and organisation
  • Mentoring and leadership experience.

Financial Planning Analyst - 12-Month Contract


We currently have an opportunity for a Financial Planning Analyst to join the team for a 12-month contract. This position will assist the Senior Finance Analyst in the company's annual budgeting and financial planning cycles, the design of management reporting and providing commercial analysis that will effect change and improvement in business operations or structure.

To be successful in this position, you will have:
  • Minimum of 2 years commercial and analytical experience
  • Good financial analysis and interpretation skills
  • Sound problem solving and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent technical accounting and reporting skills
  • Competent skills in data extraction and use of reporting software such as MS Excel query, Sun Systems Vision Excel and Vision Executive,
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and present information in an insightful, succinct and professional manner

Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience.
