| As Chief Financial & Operations Officer (CFOO), Mick is responsible for the FOH Division, which includes the Finance and Investment Services, Member Services (Administration), Operations Business Services, Business Change Management and Human Resources teams. Mick joined Oasis in November 2006 in the role of Chief Financial Officer and Head of Risk and Compliance and was promoted to the broader CFOO role in August 2008. Before joining Oasis, Mick spent nearly four years with ING Australia in senior finance and business roles within the Corporate Finance and Business Technology Divisions. Prior to joining ING Australia, Mick held senior leadership roles at ABN AMRO (London) for three years and at QANTAS in Group Finance for six years. Mick now continues his role of Head of Strategy and Finance with OnePath. Mick is a regular attendee of both the Oasis Asset Management (OAM) Board and Oasis Funds Management (OFM) Board meetings and a member of the Oasis Executive Committee. Mick is a Chartered Accountant and holds both a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) Degree and Bachelor of Arts (Communications) Degree from Sydney and Macquarie Universities. |
