Ross became a director of the OAM Board in October 2008. In April 2009, he became Chairman of the OAM Board. He is the Executive Director of Wealth Management at ING Australia.

Ross has held senior executive roles for ING and associated companies, including the financial planning group, RetireInvest, since 1988. These roles have included product, marketing, funds management and adviser services roles.

He has a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma of Financial Planning. He has been a member of the Associate Insurance Institute since 1985.
