Tim was appointed to the role of Company Secretary – General Counsel in January 2007, after having experience in a Sydney law firm.
Tim is responsible for the corporate governance and legal functions of the Oasis Group, which includes the Oasis Trustee Board, and ensures a significant focus is provided on regulatory management.
Tim also oversees the risk and compliance and project governance functions at Oasis – both of which are important to the success of any financial services organisation.
